We use multiple firewalls to filter data so that only customer traffic and secure encrypted connections are permitted through the network. Additionally, unlike many other companies, we employ firewalls and encryption in our internal network for added protection.

All servers are given private, un-routable IP addresses that cannot be accessed directly from the Internet.

Premises are patrolled 24x7 by a private security firm. Access is available using security access cards only. Access to all doors is monitored, recorded and time stamped on a card-by-card basis. A CCTV installed in the data center, and all access points are monitored 24x7. Access to the Network Operations Centre and adjacent co-location facility is through a highly secure "man trap", featuring both key card and key pad access, again monitored 24x7 by personnel and security cameras.
