All monthly subscriptions include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account).

Legal Stuff

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to custom programming work. Also not included are Survey Logix and Ad Store purchases. Any request for cancellation must be received via the online support request form, regular mail or fax and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted. All cancellations must also comply with our general cancellation policy.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Sparklit for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.
