Comments: I stayed in Sea Vista for a week with my wife and my 10 months old child. The place is is excellent condition, clean, manicured and very well maintained. Carol and Troy were very kind and personal, Carol even baked us a delicious key lime pie. They made sure we had everything we need for our baby and kept checking on us. The beach is beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed experimenting with some baraccuda fishing on the dock and even made some new friends that stayed in the other cottage. Highly recommended for families and couples, will definitely be back.

 Comments: Hi Carol and Troy,
It has been a few months since we stayed at Sea Vista; and we are knee deep in snow here in the UP. We both are looking forward to our next visit in September 2011. It cannot arrive fast enough. I waited awhile before writing, so that I can truly express our gratitude to both of you. The amneties provided, fishing, kayaking and of course soaking up the sun on our deck or at the pool made it a memorable wedding and honeymoon. The villa was breathtaking. The landscape lush and beautiful. Bird watching in the morning. Drinking coffe at the chikki hut, watching the sun rise was tranquil and so relaxing, It was and is a true paradise. The key lime pie you made was the best we ever had. We are ready to come back down and bringing some more Yoopers with us in September.

 Comments: Greetings Troy & Carol!

I can't begin to tell you what a relaxing and enjoyable holiday we had at your place. As Carol mentioned to me after I commented, everyone says that once they get to your estate, it is actually more beautiful than it appears on your website. Troy you have turned your vision into a reality and the results are stunning! You have truly created a tropical paradise. We loved the banana or plantain trees, not sure what they were, and enjoyed watching a woodpecker feed on their nectar. Wandering through the estate, we spied a grapefruit tree, what we thought were giant avocados, oranges, and of course, all the coconuts and beautiful varieties of palm trees. The mutant boganvelia was magnificent! As was the hibiscus, monstera delicosa and dracaena. The weather was not as most of us had hoped it would be, but we still had fun. Your pool and spa were perfect! Always wanted to sit by the bar, from pool side! Too bad you two missed Jan coming down the water slide. I took action shots of her scooting herself down the slide....hilarious! The weather for me was if those no see-ums and fleas just wouldn't like me so much! I think I got lots of my bites relaxing on our porch taking in sea breezes and watching the palms wave in the moonlight. Have you ever thought about screening in the porch? We loved watching the sun rises on your dock, walking the beach looking for shells and coral, watching the pelicans and other birds dive into the ocean for food. Jan and I took a kayak ride....what a blast! Once you get in, it feels better than being in a canoe. Snacking in the ocean side chicki hut was very therapeutic! And the morning bike rides up to the bridge and beyond, were most invigorating with mutant greenery like gigantic crown of thorns. As I mentioned, this was our second time in the Keys. On our first trip out, we kept tasting different key lime pies and Carol, I must say, your pie is the BEST! Please, please share your recipe with me. You were right on about our neighbors Gretchen and Dick. We enjoyed chatting with them by the pool and wished them a happy time with their family this week.

We are so glad we found your estate and were able to enjoy this unique experience. We hope to be back to visit again in the future. How blessed we are to have been able to help Aunt Dee celebrate her 80th birthday in your private part of paradise.

Comments: We just returned from a week of April school vacation at Sea Vista. From the website and the comments it looks almost too good to be true. It lives up to expectations and then some! Troy and Carol, the hosts, are accomodating, attentive, but not hovering and really nice folks. The grounds are beautiful and quiet and the dock is your own 500 foot long aquarium into the Atlantic Ocean. Fishermen, bird watchers and nature lovers can't miss here, nor can anyone who just likes to hang in a beautiful serene spot. We had planned on heading into Key West several evenings, but only made it once. Sunsests and especially sunrises are spectacular right at Sea Vista so there was no real need to leave. We're going back! Happy to share specifics if you're interested.

Comments: We wish to thank you both for your wonderful hospitality in your slice of Paradise. The accommodations were perfect for the four of us, and you were very attentive to our needs. We all agree that it was a relaxing experience and a great respite from the Seattle winter. The experience is certainly worth repeating in the future. Thank you, again, for a wonderful time.

Comments: When my wife and I were married 30 years ago we couldn't afford a big honeymoon so we went to Akron Ohio. But we always told each other we would have a great second honeymoon someday.Well on our 30th anniversary we decided to take our big trip so we thought about Hawaii or a cruise or a trip to Key West, so we decided on the later. we are always concerned about what we will get when we rent a vacation home but let me tell you Troy and Carol helped make our dream come true.My wife and I have never been to the keys so when we came trough the gate at Seavista Estates we truly felt we were in paradise.Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful second honeymoon (and for the key lime pie Carol)We can't wait to bring our family down to share this wonderful place with.We would recommend your rentals in a heart beat

Thanks again!!!

Imagine yourself in the most tranquil environment, with nothing to do but relax, enjoy the ocean or pool, see local wildlife, catch a fish or two, and spend quality time with those you love in truly beautiful surroundings.  Comments: Hi, Troy and Carol.

Terese and I cannot thank you enough for the most wonderful vacation at Sea Vista. Our week with you was beyond perfect. Our hosts, the house, the beach, the dock, the clear water and the glorious natural wildlife are unforgettable (especially the Pelicans who made us laugh everyday without fail).

We always felt so welcomed and at home in "our" paradise in The Keys. Carol's key lime pie and Troy's broiled lobster tails were amazing extras.

As you know, our stay with you was no small matter. Terese and I were married on St. Patrick's Day and your attention and sincere generosity on our wedding day will always be special. I still remember Troy's admonition before we left for the ceremony. It went something like this: "It's not too late!!" Hahahaha!

Okay, we're counting the days till next year when we get to spend another week at Sea Vista and celebrate our one year anniversary at a unique place with two very lovely friends.

Comments: This place is unreal: your own (clean) beach, gorgeous views, quiet afternoons watching the ocean, fishing off your own pier, relaxing at the private pool, no one to bother you, drinking coffee on the deck, etc etc. Don't even think about staying in crowded Key West with this place only 15-20 minutes away. Oh, I forgot to mention that the property is gated and the hosts are fantastic. We liked it so much we are coming back in three weeks! No kidding.

Comments: Sea Vista - The ultimate tropical Eden !!! Rustling palms , lapping waves , sensational sunrises , sugar sand beaches , and the nightly awe inspiring collage of stars from horizon to horizon , all these melded together, and brought us deep under her spell . Memories of which are engraved in our minds . The Zinser’s are excellent hosts , and Carols’ Key Lime pie was to die for . We have reserved another week in paradise next season , and highly recommend a week spent here , but be careful , you will never want to leave . Thank you so much ,Troy and Carol, for an unforgettable vacation . This place is “Sweet to the Max” . See you next year !

 Comments: Hi, Carol and Troy,

We just wanted to drop a note to let you know that we had the best time during our stay at Sea Vista! We were there the week of Dec. 27, 2008, the accommodations were great, very comfortable. We loved every minute there, it was very laid back. (We especially loved the BEACH!) Sea Vista is the perfect place to get away, unwind, and remember what "relaxed" feels like. We miss it already and cannot wait to come back. See you soon!
